The Finance Committee is meeting 11/06/2023 at 5:30PM.
They have two action items on the agenda.
The first is a request to award the Health Department Furniture Remodel contract to Nordon Business Environments for $250,887.34. This is a sole source contract, but, per the memo, “the pricing was competitively obtained by utilizing the US Communities Government Purchasing Alliance Contract.” Additionally, this purchase is funded through a grant and “The City of Appleton will have no cost as a result.”
The second is a request to accept an Energy Efficiency Grant for $72,564 for a water treatment plan project.
Finally, as information items, the committee will be receiving updates on a number of existing contracts.
