The City Plan Commission met 09/27/2023. One of the action items they took up was the request to approve the final plat for the fourth addition to the Clearwater Creek subdivision. The preliminary plat and the associated rezoning had resulted in much public feedback and a couple trips before the Plan Commission before finally being approved by the Common Council.
The final plat for the fourth addition to Clearwater Creek did not prompt any public feedback or discussion by commission members. The overview of the item by city staff consisted only of comment that the final plat is the final step in creating a subdivision and that the final plat for the fourth addition to Clearwater Creek was consistent with the preliminary plat that was approved by the Common Council on 09/20/2023.
The commission voted unanimously to approve the final plat.
