There was an anti-mask protest at 11am this morning (10/17) at Houdini Plaza. I counted 36 people and a few more arrived after my count. So about 40 people total showed up which, honestly, surprised me given how dead the Farmers Market was this morning. The weather was not pleasant.
One counter protester showed up, but things remained polite and peaceful. My impression was that positive reactions by passersby markedly outweighed negative reactions.
