The City Plan Commission is meeting 08/09/2023 at 3:30PM.
They have two action items on the agenda both related to the Clearwater Creek development.
The first is a request to rezone the vacant land south of E Spartan Drive and east of N Haymeadow Avenue from AG Agricultural District to R-1B Single-Family District.
The second is a request to approve the fourth addition to the Clearwater Creek Preliminary Plat. The addition will consist of 14 single-family lots and 2 outlots.
Finally, as an information item, the commission will be reviewing proposed draft text amendments to Chapter 23 Zoning Ordinance of the Municipal Code.
