The Parks and Recreation Committee is meeting 10/24/2022 at 6:30PM.
The one action item is a request to adopt a revised Park Pavilions and Special Areas Rental and Fee Schedule Policy. The agenda indicated there is a redlined policy which would show the changes, but either I’m missing it or it wasn’t actually attached to the agenda. The memo from Director of Parks, Recreations, and Facilities Dean Gazza indicated that rental fees for community park pavilions and boat launch fees would go up, but looking at the included documents it’s not clear to me what those fees were versus what they will become.
Information items include a presentation on the proposed 2023 Parks, Recreation and Reid Golf Course budgets as well as the September 2022 Revenue and Expense Report for Reid Golf Course. Total revenue for Reid as of the end of September was $918,909.27.
