The Human Resources And Information Technology Committee is meeting 08/24/2022 at 6:30PM.
There are no action items, but there are several information items. The committee will be receiving an update on the Valley Transit Driver Sign-on Bonus Program and a proposed Library Table of Organization Change.
They will also be reviewing the Human Resources Department Budget Dashboard. It looks like the job vacancy rate is up while the average number of applicants per opening is down. Retention of staff who have been employed by the city for over 10 years is down somewhat, but retention of those employed 1-10 years is up.
Finally, they’ll be reviewing the recruitment status report.
