The City Plan Commission is meeting 08/10/2022 at 3:30PM
They will be taking up a Special Use Permit request for a car wash located on Northland Avenue. Staff is recommending approval, and this is located on the north side of town not on the south side where there seems to be a conflux of car washes so hopefully there won’t be bad feelings in the neighborhood about this business.
They will also be taking up a request to eliminate a residential parcel and attach it to the two parcels next to it.
Finally, they will be voting on a request to update the land use application fees for the Community and Economic Development Department.
