The City Plan Commission is meeting 05/11/2022 at 3:30PM.
There are two items they will be taking up, both of which involve properties on the north side of Appleton.
The first is a request to rezone an area of land from an R-1A Single-Family district to a P-I Public Institutional District and to update the city’s Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to reflect this change. Apparently, a church wants to build a place of worship on this land. City staff is recommending approval of the change.
The second item is a request to dedicate land for a public right-of-way for North Lighting Drive. Staff, again, is recommending approval of the request.
