It appears that the 76 new cases reported on 12/31/2020 were two days worth of cases (12/30 and 12/31). This is somewhat odd because Appleton has been reporting total cases from the previous day and not cases from the same day.
At any rate, on January 1 there were 28 new confirmed coronavirus cases and 3 new probable cases. Active cases decreased by 22. Cases out of isolation increased by 53. There were no new deaths.
