CopperLeaf Hotel is asking approval to place a dumpster on N Superior Street to place debris from a remodeling project.
Vault 202 Brewery and Taphouse in the old Chase Bank Building wants to provide outdoor seating on College Avenue for their customers.
The developer of the Chase Bank Building project also needs a permanent occupancy permit to locate a basement underneath a portion of Johnston Street on the north side of the building.
