Human Resources And Information Technology Committee Meeting 08/13/2025 – Will Vote On Labor Agreement With Fire Fighter’s Union, Receive Mid-Year Reports

The Human Resources And Information Technology Committee is meeting 08/13/2025 at 6:30PM.

They will be voting on a request to approve a labor agreement with the fire fighters union for 2026-2028.

They will also be voting on updates to the city’s Fringe Benefits Policy. Unless I missed something, the only change appears to be allowing eligible employees to convert overtime worked to compensatory time off up to a maximum of 60 hours which would be a change from the previous 40 hours maximum.

As information items, they will be receiving the 2025 mid-year reports for the Information Technology Department and the Human Resources Department as well as reviewing mental health resources available to city employees.
