City Plan Commission Meeting 08/13/2025 – Will Be Voting On Certified Survey Map Associated With Transit Center

The City Plan Commission is meeting 08/13/2025 at 3:30PM.

They have one action item on the agenda which is a request to approve Certified Survey Map #13-25 which pertains to the area between Franklin Street and E Washington Street where the new transit center is going to be built.

As an information item, they will be reviewing proposed draft text amendments to Chapter 23 of the Municipal Code pertaining to Signs so that the definitions are content neutral and removing duplicate standards that are found elsewhere in the code and city policies.
