Library Board Meeting 05/20/2025 – Will Vote On City’s Social Media Policy, Receive Updates On New Building, New Librarian, And 1st Quarter Information

The Library Board is meeting 05/20/2025 at 5PM.

They will be voting on some routine items including the May Bill Register and some minor Budget Amendments for May. They will also be voting on the City of Appleton Social Media Policy. This was recommended for approval by the Human Resources and Information Technology Committee on 04/23/2025.

As information items, they will be receiving an update on the new building, the introduction of the new Community Partnerships Adult Services and Engagement Librarian, an overview of the meeting room booking system, a 1^st quarter report about library statistics, and a 1^st quarter report of Friends of Appleton Public Library funded programs.
