City Plan Commission Meeting 05/14/2025 – Will Vote On Rezoning Of 96 Acres Recently Annexed Into City, Annexation Of 72 Acres Along French Road Into City

The City Plan Commission is meeting 05/14/2025 at 3:30PM.

They will be voting on a request to rezone the Dorn Annexation from AG Agricultural District to R-1B Single-family District. This will facilitate the construction of single-family houses on the land.

They will also be voting on a request to approve the annexation of approximately 72 acres of land along French Road from the Town of Grand Chute into the City of Appleton.
