ARA Exhibit Center Advisory Committee Meeting 03/03/2025 – Will Receive Overview Of Expo Center Business Structure, Year End Report, Update On Bonds, Update On Use Of ARPA Funds To Hire Management Consultant

The Appleton Redevelopment Authority Exhibition Center Advisory Committee is meeting 03/03/2025 at 1PM.

They have no action items, but they will be receiving four different information items and updates.

The first is an overview of the ownership, management, and funding structure of the Exposition Center.

The second is an update on the bonds for the Fox Cities Exhibition Center. This looks like the same report that was given at the 02/12/2025 meeting of the Appleton Redevelopment Authority.

The third is a 2024 year end report about the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley hotel and the Expo Center.

The fourth is an update on the use of American Rescue Plan Act dollars to fund the cost of hiring a management consultant.
