Mayor Woodford To Present 2 Mayoral Proclamations At 02/05/2025 Common Council Meeting – Burn Awareness Week And Black History Month

During the Common Council meeting later today on 02/05/2025 Mayor Woodford will be presenting two mayoral proclamations.

With the first, he proclaims February 2-8, 2025 to be Burn Awareness Week in Appleton and encourages “all residents to become familiar with burn prevention and take appropriate steps to protect their families from burn injuries.”

With the second, he proclaims February 2025 to be Black History Month in Appleton and encourages “all residents to celebrate our diverse heritage and culture, learn about our history, and continue efforts to create a community that is more just, peaceful, and prosperous for all.”
