The Municipal Services Committee is meeting 01/06/2025 at 4:30PM.
They have 4 action items on their agenda all of which appear to be somewhat routine.
They have a request to award a $35,000 contract to Westwood Infrastructure for Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Ongoing Field Screening Services.
They also will be voting on a request to award a $100,000 contract to Westwood to provide Materials Testing & Contaminated Soils services in 2025.
Finally, they have two street occupancy permits they will be voting on. The first is a long-term temporary permit for a dumpster to be placed in the parking lane of Superior Street for 01/02/2025 – 11/30/2025.
The second is a permanent street occupancy permit from the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley to allow them to install a directional sign on the skywalk over Superior Street connecting the hotel with the Red Parking Ramp.
