The Appleton Redevelopment Authority is meeting 12/11/2/2024 at 8AM.
They have one action item on the agenda which is a request to approve an extension to the purchase date of the lot direct north of Valley Transit. This is the lot that formerly housed the Menn Law Firm building. The initial closing date in the purchase agreement with Valley Transit had been 12/31/2024; however, there are various environmental processes that have not been completed on the process that need to be completed prior to the purchase being finalized. As a result, staff is requesting that the completion date be extended to 06/30/2025.
