Human Resources And Information Technology Committee Meeting 10/23/2024 – Will Vote On Request To Spend $69,000 In ARPA Funds On Consulting Group To Conduct Police Department Organizational And Workload Study

The Human Resources and Information Technology Committee is meeting 10/23/2024 at 6:30PM.

They will be voting on a request to approve the hiring of Matrix Consulting Group for $69,000 to complete an Organizational and Workload Study for the Appleton Police Department. The cost will be covered by American Recovery Plan Act dollars.

They will also be voting on a minor update to the fringe benefit policy regarding Police Lieutenants and Captains who are required to work on holidays.

As information items, they will be reviewing the proposed 2025 budgets for the Information Technology Department and the Human Resources Department.
