The Fox Cities Transit Commission is meeting 10/22/2024 at 2:50AM.
They have two action items on the agenda, one of which is the routine approval of monthly payments, the other of which is the annual recertification of Valley Transit Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan.
They also have a number of information items on the agenda. They will be reviewing the 2025 Valley Transit budget as well as reviewing the 3rd quarter Key Performance Indicators Report.
Additionally, they will be receiving the Financial Report and the Ridership Report for September. Ridership continues to be well below where it was prior to the Covid response of 2020. They had 47,904 total passengers on the fixed route bus lines in September which is a 14,000 decrease from September 2023 levels. It is also a decrease of between 35,000 and 40,000 compared to pre-2020 levels.
