The Library Board is meeting 10/15/2025 at 4:30PM.
They will be voting on a request to close the temporary library location on Tuesday, November 26 to facilitate the return to the permanent library at a date yet to be determined in early 2025. The lease of the temporary library location expires on 12/31/2024, so closing at the end of the November will give them time to pack up and relocate all of the materials currently located there.
The board will be voting on a Outagamie Waupaca Library System Automation Services Agreement for 2025.
They will also be voting on an update to the Accident/Near Miss Reporting and Investigation Policy.
As information items, they will be receiving a building project update.
They will also be receiving an update on the Library’s hiring process and the 2025 budget process as well as undergoing trustee training.
