The City Plan Commission is meeting 09/25/2024 at 3:30PM.
They have no action items on the agenda but they do have three information items which all review proposed amendments to the Municipal Code.
The first item is proposed amendments to the Municipal Code regarding residential driveways, driveway extensions, parking pads, and outdoor parking of vehicles/trailers on residential property.
The second is proposed amendments to the Municipal Code regarding official map amendments and zoning amendments/public hearing notices.
The third is proposed amendments regarding zoning related to consumption of alcohol uses.
These will presumably come back to the committee at a future date as action items.
