The Municipal Services Committee is meeting 09/09/2024 at 4:30PM.
They have four action items on the agenda.
The first is the variance request for a driveway extension on Ballard Road.
This variance request was recommended for denial by the committee on 08/21/2024 but then referred back to the committee during the 08/21/2024 Common Council meeting by Alderperson Chris Croatt (District 14) who indicated he did that “for the purposes of connecting with the property owner,” who was not in attendance at the Council meeting.
Two of the remaining action items are ordinance changes related to parking changes, and the other action item is a request to install stop signs on Harris Street at Douglas Street.
