Mayor Woodford To Present Two Mayoral Proclamations During 08/07/2024 Common Council Meeting – Creative Economy Week And Breastfeeding Awareness Month

During the 08/07/2024 Common Council meeting, Mayor Woodford will be presenting two mayoral proclamations.

With the first he proclaims July 29 – August 4, 2024 to be Creative Economy Week in Appleton “to celebrate and promote the arts, creativity, and vitality in and for our community.”

With the second, he proclaims August 2024 to be Breastfeeding Awareness Month in Appleton and encourages “citizens to join healthcare and breastfeeding advocates in celebrating and promoting awareness of the benefits of breastfeeding and supporting parents in doing so.”
