The Finance Committee is meeting 07/08/2024 at 5:30PM.
They have a public appearance scheduled with Leah Lasecki of CliftonLarsenAllen, LLP. She will be giving a presentation on the 2023 audit and executive summary.
They also have a number of action items, including items related to projects on the olde Oneida Street Bridge and the 41/Ballard Road interchange reconstruction project.
They will be approving a budget amendment of $110,904 to fund the Public Safety Camera project.
They will also be voting on a request to award the 2024 Park Pavilions Roof Replacement Project contract to Schulze Exteriors, LLC for an amount not to exceed $52,775.
They also have several information items including some budget amendments and updates on a couple projects.
