The Finance Committee is meeting 06/24/2024 at 5:30PM.
They have three action items on the agenda.
The first is a request to approve the 2025 Special Assessment Policy. The Department of Public Works would like to increase the rate per lineal foot that is assessed to homeowners for 4” and 6” sanitary laterals from $52 to $55.
The other two pertain to belt filter press equipment upgrades at the wastewater treatment plant. One is to award the phase 2 project to Staab Construction for $4.8 million and the other is to approve a change order to the phase 1 project.
The committee will also receive several information items including information on change orders and a budget adjustment that was approved to record $5,200 in donations for memorial benches in parks.
