Safety And Licensing Committee Meeting 05/22/2024 – Will Talk With Representatives Of 5 Separate Businesses About Alcohol License Violations

The Safety and Licensing Committee is meeting 05/22/2024 at 5:30PM.

The action items on the agenda all appear to be various license applications and license renewal applications, mostly to sell alcohol.

They do also have Demerit Point Violation Appearances scheduled for five different businesses.

The Walmart on Calumet Street received 80 demerit points for selling alcohol to a minor.

The Oneida BP received 40 demerit points for having no licensed operator.

The Quinto Sol Supermarket received 40 demerit points for having no licensed operator on the premises and 25 demerit points for failing to display a license.

The Mobil Gas Station on Newberry Street received 40 demerit points for having no licensed operator.

The Courtyard Marriot Hotel on Riverheath Way received 80 demerit points for selling alcohol to a minor.
