The Human Resources and Information Technology Committee is holding a special meeting on 05/15/2024 at 6:30PM prior to the Common Council meeting at 7PM.
They have two action items they will be voting on.
The first is a request to approve the Municipal Services’ Syntech FuelMaster fuel management system to Syntech’s FuelMaster Live software as a service product. The entire project will cost $39,587.20 which will includes one-time costs associated with the switchover, the first year of the subscription, and $4,500 paid to Faith Technologies to replace the existing access system.
The second is a request to change the Department of Public Works Administration Division Table of Organization. They would like to have their three customer service specialists report to the Managerial Accounting Coordinator rather than to the Engineering Division. This change will not result in any reclassification of positions or change the pay.
As information items, they will be receiving information on an update to the city’s Interpreter Policy as well as the most recent Recruitment Status Report.
