The Finance Committee is meeting 10/09/2023 at 5:30PM.
The one action item on the agenda is a budget amendment moving $37,400 from the Jones Park Shade Project to the City Hall Remodel Project. The Jones Park project came it underbudget so staff would like to be able to use the extra funds to cover an unexpected code compliance issue with the City Hall Remodel Project.
The committee will also be receiving a number of information items including updates on several projects.
I would expect the bulk of the committee discussion will center around the review of the 2024 Facilities Management Budget and the Legal Services Budget.
