City Plan Commission Meeting 04/12/2023 – Will Vote On Mr. Frogs Special Use Permit To Expand Patio Alcohol Sales

The City Plan Commission is meeting 04/12/2023 at 3:30PM

They have one action item that has an associated public hearing. That is a request from the tavern Mr. Frogs on Downtown College Avenue for a special use permit to expand an existing outdoor patio with alcohol sales and service. They would be adding an additional 456 square feet to their existing patio area bringing it to a total of 1,224 square feet upon which they would be serving alcohol.
