Fox Cities Transit Commission Meeting 03/21/2023 – Will Vote On 5 Year Tire Leasing Contract

The Fox Cities Transit Commission is meeting 03/21/2023 at 3PM.

They have two action items on the agenda, the routine Approval of Payments item, and a requestion to award a 5 year tire leasing contract to Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations. Valley Transit’s current leasing contract with Goodyear is ending on 06/30/2023, and Bridgestone’s prices would end up being almost $100,000 less than Goodyear’s by the end of the 5 year term.

The commission will also be receiving the February financial and ridership reports.
