Finance Committee Meeting 03/06/2023 – Will Vote On Several Contract Awards Including 2023 Pavement Contracts Where Bids Were Higher Than Amount Allocated For Projects

The Finance Committee is meeting 03/06/2023 at 5:30PM

It looks like it will probably be a pretty short meeting. There are no information items, and the action items all appear to consist of fairly run-of-the-mill requests to award contracts.

I could, however, see some discussion taking place regarding the concrete and asphalt pavement contracts because the bids exceeded the amount allocated for the projects so approval of the contracts are contingent upon postponing some pavement projects.
