Mayor Woodford has issued a proclamation declaring a Class III Snow Emergency in Appleton from 5PM today (02/22/2023) through 5AM Friday (02/24/2023). This will prohibit parking “on all city streets at all times to allow crews to clear the snow in a safe and efficient manner.” No exceptions to this parking bas will be issued. Vehicles in violation will be ticketed and towed.
The city is also advising all residents to avoid non-essential travel until the storm has passed and all streets have been plowed.
