Safety And Licensing Committee Meeting 12/14/2022 – Will Vote On Grant Funded UTV Purchase For Fire Department

The Safety and Licensing Committee is meeting 12/14/2022 at 5:30PM.

They have a number of alcohol licenses to vote on as well as a cigarette license application and the 2023 pawnbroker license renewal applications.

They will also be voting on a request from the Fire Department to approve the purchase of a Utility Terrain Vehicle. The Fire Department received a $52,890 grant and would like to purchase a UTV for $27,153. This vehicle will help them respond to medical emergencies at events such as Octoberfest and the farmers market and at locations with limited access such as walking trails. The committee had previously discussed this grant and the UTV back in September.
