Board Of Building Inspection Meeting 12/01/2022 – Will Vote On Non-Conforming Staircase

There is one City of Appleton meeting scheduled for this week. The Board of Building Inspections is meeting 12/01/2022 at 10AM.

There is no agenda packet posted at this time, but the meeting details indicates they will be taking up a request for a variance for a noncommittal forming staircase with non uniform risers that range from 8 ¾ inches to 7 ¾ inches eventhough the building code requires them to be no taller than 8 inches and no different from each other than 3/8 inches.
