The Appleton Redevelopment Authority is meeting 10/12/2022 at 9AM.
There will be no streaming or recording of committee meetings this week, but that particularly does not impact the ARA meeting since they may go into closed session to discuss real estate negotiations for 222 N Oneida Street. As you may recall, that is the former location of the Menn Law Firm and is directly north of the Transit Center. Valley Transit has expressed a desire to purchase that land so that they can build a new, large, multistory drive through Transit Center.
The committee will also be receiving reports on the Exposition Center Advisory Committee meeting in September and the City of Appleton 2023 Executive Budget.
