As far as items that may get separated for an individual vote, the one thing that really stands out from the committee meetings last week is the request to approve a process map for discussions between the city and the Trout Museum to build a museum building within the Ellen Kort Peace Park. This item was amended by the Parks and Recreation Committee to require the Trout to give a presentation on what lead them to settle on the park as their location of choice and to also provide explanation of strategic alignments and a clear business case for their proposal. They also added some additional points at which the Common Council voted on whether or not to co tinge the process.
