Utilities Committee Meeting 08/17/2022 – Will Vote On Contract Ahead Of Common Council Meeting

The Utilities Committee is meeting 08/17/2022 at 6:45PM right before the Common Council meeting at 7PM.

The committee had originally been scheduled to meet 08/09/2022 and would have taken up 5 different action items; however, that meeting was cancelled. They are now holding a special meeting in order to deal with just one of the action items, the request to “award engineering contract to McMahon Associates for the Water Treatment Facility Optimized Corrosion Control Treatment (OCCT) Phosphoric Acid System Design in the amount of $35,200 with a contingency of $5,280.”

Approving it at the special committee meeting on the 17^th will allow the Common Council to vote on it during their meeting immediately following the special meeting.
