The Finance Committee is meeting 07/25/2022 at 5:30PM.
The committee will be voting on a number of budget amendments to record the use of grants, insurance payouts, etc. It looks like there were also issues with using ARPA funds to cover the lost revenue in the Parking Utility, so they will be voting on taking steps to correct that.
As information items, the committee will also be receiving the mid-year reports from the Finance Department, Legal Services, and Parks, Recreation, and Facilities Management.
It looks like Legal Services is overall on track with its budget, but it’s already used up 68.7% of the funds designated for “litigation”. [I’m a little curious what kind of issues have been litigated this year.]
The Parks, Recreation, and Facilities Management report included an overview of ongoing or recently completed projects that may be of interest.
