The Appleton Area School District Board of Education is meeting 07/25/2022. They will be holding a work session at 4PM and a regular meeting at 6PM. This is their first meeting since their work session on 06/30/2022.
During the work session they will be going over the Superintendent Succession plan, the treatment of community stakeholders, and revisions to the employee handbook. It looks like Assistant Superintendents Nan Bunnow and Mike Hernandez are going to be the emergency successors.

Of note, with Polly Vanden Boogaard having left the District, Assistant Superintendent Mike Hernandez will now be taking over as the Coordinator for Section 504, Title II, VI, and IX complaints.
