The City Plan Commission is meeting 07/13/2022 at 3:30PM.
There are two related action items on the agenda and no information items.
The first action item is a request for a special use permit to expand the Midwestern Wheels automobile sales and display lot on Wisconsin Avenue. Essentially, the owner wants to expand and reconstruct the paved area to utilize it for automobile and truck rental, automobile sales and display, and customer/employee parking. City staff is recommending approval of the request.
The second action item is a request to approve a certified survey map and to combined the four parcels that make up the Midwestern Wheels lot into one new parcel.
