Just a brief follow-up on the incident earlier this month in which a city employee narrowly avoided being injured or killed by a hit and run driver…the driver who caused the crash was cited for Hit and Run and for Deviating From Designated Lane. It does not appear that either alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.
