Board Of Education Meeting 04/25/2022 – New Members Will Recite Member Commitment

The Appleton Area School District Board of Education is meeting 04/25/2022 at 6PM.

The 4 newly sworn in board members will be affirming that they have taken and filed he Oath of Office and they will recite the Board of Education Member Commitment.

The Superintendent’s Consent Agenda includes the lease with Zion Lutheran church for the space used by Appleton Bilingual School, the Tesla Charter School Contract, and AASD Summer School Courses for 2022.

During the 04/11/2022 the Board had discussed the purchase of Spanish language readers and World History curriculum but had not voted on either of those items because AASD leadership had decided to extend the public comment period for those materials. Although the public comment period for those materials has now closed, it looks like it is not yet back on the agenda.
