The City Plan Commission is meeting 03/23/2022 at 3:30PM.
They’ll be voting on three Special Use Permits for restaurants with alcohol sales and services. City staff is recommending that all three permits be approved.
They’ll also be voting on a request to approve Zoning Ordinance Text and Map Amendments to Article X Floodplain Zoning of Chapter 23 of the Municipal Code relating to Section 23-205(b)(2) General provisions; Official maps and revisions; Official maps based on other studies, as identified in the attached staff report and a request to approve e the Extraterritorial Final Plat for Auburn Estates located in the Town of Grand Chute as shown on the attached maps.
Needless to say, it looks like the meeting promises to be absolutely scintillating and in the words of Peter Ustinov, “I tingle.”
