The City Plan Commission is meeting 03/09/2022 at 3:30PM.
They have two related items on the agenda. The first is a public hearing regarding the proposed rezoning of a parcel on the corner of Badger Avenue and Eighth Street from C-2 general Commercial District to C-1 Neighborhood Mixed Use District. The related action item is the actual vote by the committee on the rezoning request.
The rezoning, if approved, would allow the property to be turned into multi-family dwelling units. Staff is recommending the rezoning be approved.
