The Utilities Committee is meeting 02/08/2022 at 5PM.
They will be considering the request from a resident for a credit adjustment of $65.98 for water use between May 29, 2021 and June 11, 2021. In looking through the supporting documents, it looks like she had a leak for several months but is only asking for an adjustment for the first couple weeks of that leak.

The other two action items are (1) a request to approve an engineering services contract and (2) a request to approve a contract amendment with Arcadis to provide public outreach and communication materials related to the Lead Service Line Replacement Plan.
There are also a number of utility-related information items. [I’m sure they all contain useful information, but hopefully they’re more interesting when actually presented than how they appear on paper.]
Of note, water main breaks were up in 2021, and Appleton ended the year with 137 breaks as compared to 105 in 2020.
