The City Plan Commission is meeting 01/26/2022 at 3:30 PM.
They have one item they will be taking up, a request for a special use permit for a car wash located at 3040 E. College Avenue.
This is the site of the former Applebee’s on the corner of College Avenue and Kensington Drive. Per the report to the City Plan Commission, “The applicant proposes to demolish the existing building and construct a car wash on the subject site called Club Car Wash.”
City staff is recommending that the Special Use Permit be approved.
