The City Plan Commission is meeting is meeting 01/12/2022 at 3:30PM.
Not too long ago, I recapped the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting in which Adam Marty was granted a variance that would allow him to operate a small restaurant at 1016 Pacific Street without having to provide 10 off street parking spots.
The Plan Commission will now be voting on a special use permit allowing him to operate a restaurant with alcohol sales and consumption at that location.
They’ll also be voting on another special use permit for a recreational establishment with alcohol sales and consumption. It looks like they will offer 2 rage rooms, 1 pain splatter room, and air soft target shooting. [It definitely sounds like something that should include alcohol.]
They also have some plats to approve and also the dedication of land for public right-of-way for Spart Drive.
