From 11/05/2021-11/07/2021 Appleton recorded 78 confirmed cases and 41 probable cases. (The dashboard only shows the numbers for the one-day increase from Saturday to Sunday.) Active cases rose by 84 to 344. Cases out of isolation increased by 35 to 11,357. Deaths remained unchanged at 72.
Appleton’s current 7-day running average of confirmed cases is 28.29 and of confirmed and probable cases combined is 36.71. This compares to a 7-day running average of confirmed cases on this day last year of 61.71. Appleton currently has 344 active cases as compared to 727 on this day last year. Last year between March 18 (the day of Appleton’s first recorded coronavirus case) and November 7, Appleton recorded 27 deaths with/from coronavirus as compared to only 9 such deaths this year.
