Finance Committee Meeting 09/20/2021 – Will Vote On Awarding Transportation Utility Study Contract And Annual City Auditing Contract

The Finance Committee is meeting 09/20/2021 at 5:30PM.

They will be voting on requests…

(a) To approve the Apple Fields Development Agreement

(b) To award the Transportation Utility Funding Study to Ehlers/raSmith not to exceed $72,187 – This is in line with the $75,000 that the Common Council allocated for a transportation utility study on August 4, 2021.

(c) To award a 3 year contract to CliftonLarsonAllen LLP to provide audit services for 2021, 2022, and 2023 – CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is the company that performed Appleton’s most recent audit.

They also have a number of information items they will be reviewing including a couple Park’s Hardscapes Projects, and HVAC project, and two change orders for the Lake Station Construction Contract.
